What we do
Registering a children's home with Ofsted requires 14+ mandatory documents, 30+ policies, enhanced DBS checks, GP health declarations, police consultations, planning permission, fire safety assessments, and fit person interviews. The process takes 6–18 months and most applicants either hire a consultant (£5K–£15K) or buy static template packs that don't reflect their specific home.

We do not store DBS certificates, health declarations, references, or children's records at any phase. All evidence tracking is status-only — you retain sensitive artefacts locally and submit them directly to Ofsted.
This is a permanent architectural boundary. It eliminates DPIA requirements for special category data and keeps your most sensitive information under your control.
