Last updated: 26 March 2026
These terms govern your use of Launch44. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. About Launch44
Launch44 is an AI-powered platform that guides users through the Ofsted children's home registration process in England. It provides readiness scoring, AI-generated document drafts, checklists, and submission pack assembly.
Launch44 is a trading name of Pamamonya Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17148450) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Pamamonya Ltd is referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and magic link access).

4. AI-generated content and no advice
4.1 Not legal or professional advice. Pamamonya Ltd is not a law firm, solicitors' practice, regulatory consultancy, or any other regulated professional services firm. Launch44 does not provide, and nothing on the platform or in any document generated by the platform constitutes, legal advice, regulatory advice, or professional advice of any kind. Use of the platform does not create a solicitor–client or other professional relationship.
4.2 Drafts only. Documents generated by Launch44 are drafts produced by artificial intelligence on the basis of inputs you provide and a corpus of regulatory guidance. They are starting points, not finished documents, and may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not reflect your particular circumstances.
4.3 Your responsibility to review. You must review, verify, complete, and where appropriate seek your own professional advice on every AI-generated document before submission to Ofsted or any other person or authority. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any document you submit.
4.4 No outcome guarantee. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any AI-generated document will be accepted by Ofsted, that use of Launch44 will result in successful Ofsted registration, or that any particular outcome will be achieved.
4.5 Regulatory references. Where the platform references statutory or regulatory provisions, those references are for orientation only and do not constitute a legal opinion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Launch44 for any purpose other than preparing children's home registration applications
- Upload or input sensitive personal data, including children's personal data, criminal-offence or criminal-record information (including DBS certificate numbers, disclosure content, or check outcomes), health information, or detailed safeguarding-incident records, into any free-text field, regardless of the field's nominal purpose
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI prompts, regulatory clause database, or scoring algorithms
- Use automated tools to generate documents in bulk or circumvent generation limits
- Submit AI-generated documents to Ofsted without review and approval
6. Generation limits
To manage costs and ensure quality, document generation is subject to limits:
- Up to 200 generations per home (lifetime) for paid plans; up to 3 generations per home for the free tier
- 20 generations per organisation per day
- 3 concurrent generations per organisation
These limits are designed to be generous for normal use. If you reach a limit, contact us for assistance.
7. Payment
7.1 Plans and fees. Launch44 offers one paid plan, a one-time payment processed via Stripe at point of purchase:
- Registration Pack: £399 per home. AI-generated drafts of all 16 registration documents, the readiness dashboard, submission pack builder, and evidence tracking.
Fees are non-refundable except under the document readiness guarantee (see 7.7) or as required by law (see 7.5).
7.2 Per-home purchases. The Registration Pack is purchased per home: each home requires its own purchase. The first home on an account is £399; every additional home on the same account is £299. The applicable price is verified server-side at checkout.
7.3 Service boundary. All plans provide document-preparation support and registration-readiness tools. No plan constitutes legal advice, regulatory consultancy, or a guarantee of Ofsted registration (see section 4).
7.4 Changes to pricing. We may change plan prices from time to time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect and does not affect any purchase already completed.
7.5 Cancellation rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Where you contract with us as a consumer, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of purchase. By purchasing a plan and accessing the platform immediately, you (a) expressly request that performance of the contract begins during the 14-day cancellation period and (b) acknowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation once the supply of digital content has begun. If you have not yet accessed the platform, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund by emailing support@launch44.co.uk.
7.6 Future plans. We may offer additional plans, including subscription-based plans for post-registration compliance support. Any such plan will be subject to separate terms and pricing disclosed at point of sale.
7.7 Document readiness guarantee. If, after completing onboarding and generating your documents, your documents readiness score (the document-specific sub-score shown on your dashboard) does not reach 90%, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This guarantee covers the document quality that Launch44 controls. It does not apply to the overall readiness score (which includes personnel, premises, and financial dimensions that depend on your own real-world actions) and does not guarantee Ofsted registration (see section 4). To claim, email support@launch44.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. See our guarantee policy for full eligibility conditions.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of Launch44 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We do not store sensitive artefacts (DBS certificates, health declarations, children's data)
- All evidence tracking is status-only; you retain documents locally
- Home and organisation details are sent to our AI document-generation provider (Anthropic by default, and where used as fallbacks, OpenAI or Google) solely to generate your documents; these providers do not use the inputs to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of processors.
- Row-level security ensures you can only access your own organisation's data
9. Intellectual property
- Your content: You retain ownership of all data you input and documents you create or modify through Launch44.
- AI-generated content: Documents generated by AI are provided to you for use in your registration application. You may use, modify, and submit them freely.
- Our platform: The Launch44 platform, including its design, code, scoring algorithms, prompt templates, and regulatory clause database, remains our intellectual property.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Launch44 is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee that using Launch44 will result in successful Ofsted registration
- We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including rejected applications, regulatory penalties, or delays
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) breach of any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including the non-excludable terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 into contracts with consumers for the supply of digital content; or (d) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law. Where you contract with us as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 implies into your contract terms about the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and conformity with description of digital content; nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.
11. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@launch44.co.uk
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms and, where the breach is capable of remedy, fail to remedy it within 14 days of our written notice. We may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, security risk, or unlawful use.
- On termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After that, data is deleted per our retention policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Launch44 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact us at support@launch44.co.uk

- Severability: if any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: a failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: we may assign or novate these terms (for example on a sale or reorganisation of our business); you may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
- Third-party rights: a person who is not a party to these terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its provisions.
- Notices: we will send notices to the email address on your account; please send notices to us at support@launch44.co.uk.
16. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the platform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of the third-party infrastructure or service providers the platform depends on (for example hosting, database, payment, email, or AI providers).
