Guarantee Policy

You pay £399 for a Registration Pack that generates all 16 documents you need for Ofsted registration. We stand behind the quality of those documents with two guarantees.

1. Document readiness guarantee

Complete onboarding and generate your documents. If your documents readiness score does not reach 90%, we will refund you in full within 14 days of purchase.

• What is the documents readiness score? Your dashboard shows a readiness score broken into four dimensions: Documents, Personnel, Premises, and Financial. Launch44 controls the Documents dimension (it generates them). This guarantee covers that dimension only — the one we are responsible for.
• Eligibility. To qualify, you must have completed onboarding (all five wizard steps), generated at least your core documents, and reviewed them in your dashboard. The 90% threshold refers to the documents sub-score, not the overall blended readiness score.
• Why not the overall score? The overall score includes Personnel (DBS checks, references), Premises (fire safety, planning permission), and Financial (Ofsted fees, accounts) — real-world actions no software can complete for you. Guaranteeing a blended score would be unkeepable.

2. Personalisation guarantee

If your first generated documents are not specific to your home (your setting, your ages, your care model), we will refund you in full within 14 days.

• First generation per document. The guarantee covers the first generation of each document type. If you regenerate a document after editing your home details and the regenerated version is personalised, the guarantee has been met for that document.
• No questions on personalisation grounds. If the documents do not reference your specific setting, age range, bed count, or care model, that is on us. You do not need to justify the claim.

Shared terms

• 14-day window. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your payment. This aligns with your Consumer Contracts Regulations cooling-off period.
• Full refund. Refunds are 100% of the amount paid, processed to your original payment method via Stripe. No partial refunds or credits.
• What this does not cover. Neither guarantee promises Ofsted registration (that decision is Ofsted's alone), legal advice, or the suitability of the content for your specific circumstances. All generated documents are drafts that require your review before submission.

How to claim

Email support@launch44.co.uk within 14 days of your payment with your account email address. We verify eligibility against your dashboard data and process refunds within 3 business days.

This policy supplements, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
