Registration is the start line, not the finish line.

The day Ofsted approves your home, a permanent rhythm of obligations begins — monthly Regulation 44 visits, six-monthly Regulation 45 reviews, annual policy reviews, training renewals, and the inspection you'll face every year. Launch44 Compliance is the recurring product that keeps you ready for all of it.

It isn't live yet, and there is nothing to pay — joining the waitlist just tells us you want it, and we'll email you when it opens.

Regulation 44 visit reports

An independent visitor must inspect your home at least monthly and produce a written report. We structure the visit, format the report to the required shape, and carry each recommendation forward until it's resolved.

Regulation 45 quality reviews

Every six months you must review the quality of care across the nine Quality Standards and write it up. We turn your assessment per standard into a structured provider review you export and keep.

Policy review cycles

Your Statement of Purpose and every policy needs reviewing at least annually — and updating whenever your home changes. We flag what's due, what's drifted, and let you confirm or update in one place.

Training & supervision tracking

Staff training, supervision, and DBS renewals all have expiry dates an inspector will ask about. We track the matrix and tell you what's expiring before it lapses, not after.

Deadline reminders

Reg 44 visits, Reg 45 reviews, the annual Ofsted fee, DBS renewals — each surfaces as a dated obligation with reminders at 14 days, 3 days, and the day it's overdue. No more diary archaeology.

Inspection evidence export

When Ofsted gives notice of a full inspection, you assemble your evidence in hours, not days — your reports, reviews, and current policies pulled into one inspection-ready bundle.

Still never the data vault

Compliance follows the same boundary as registration: we track statuses, generate frameworks, and manage cadence — we never store children's records, DBS certificates, or health declarations. The reports and reviews you produce are yours; you keep them and submit them directly. That's a permanent line, not a phase.
