What documents do I get?
The Registration Pack generates all 16 documents required for Ofsted registration: Statement of Purpose, Children's Guide, Safeguarding Policy, Behaviour Management Policy, Privacy Notice, Missing Child Policy, Bullying Prevention Policy, Complaints Procedure, Health & Safety Risk Assessment, CCTV Policy, Training Plan, Safer Recruitment Policy, Medication Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, Data Protection Policy, and E-Safety Policy.
Is this a subscription?
No. The Registration Pack is a one-time payment. Your access never expires. The only recurring plan is the post-registration Inspection Readiness tier (coming soon).
What happens after I'm registered?
Once Ofsted approves your registration, an Inspection Readiness plan will be available to keep your documents current, prepare for monthly Regulation 44 visits, and stay ready for annual inspections.
Do you guarantee registration?
No. Ofsted decides whether to approve your application based on their assessment of your premises, personnel, Statement of Purpose, and your performance in the fit person interview. Launch44 helps you prepare regulation-referenced drafts and track your readiness, but the decision is Ofsted's alone. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome.
Can I use my own consultant alongside Launch44?
Yes. Many applicants use Launch44 for document generation and readiness tracking while working with a consultant for experience-based guidance, local-authority introductions, and interview coaching. The platform is designed to complement professional support, not replace it.
Is my data safe?
We never store sensitive documents like DBS certificates, health declarations, or children's records. All evidence tracking is status-only, so you retain originals locally and submit them directly to Ofsted. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
